Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the nature of our work and instant delivery of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
For physical merchandise, we accept returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
For studio bookings and services, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit or refund.
