Q: How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our “Book a Session” page. Just choose your service, pick a time, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Q: Where are you located? Do you offer virtual sessions?
We're based in Atlanta & Chicago, but we work with clients worldwide. Virtual sessions, consultations, and coaching are always available.
Q: What’s included in a recording session?
Studio time, access to professional gear, and a dedicated engineer (if selected). If you're unsure what to book, contact us before scheduling!
💼 Branding & Coaching
Q: Do you offer help with artist development or branding?
Yes! We offer 1-on-1 coaching, EPK creation, and rollout planning to help you build your brand, plan your releases, and move with strategy.
Q: I’m not ready to book. Can I still get help or ask questions?
Absolutely. Feel free to reach out through the contact page or DM us on IG — we’re happy to guide you through what’s best for your journey.
🛒 Products & Downloads
Q: Where can I get the eBooks and toolkits?
All of our digital tools and products are available on the [Shop] page. Once purchased, you’ll get immediate download access via email.
Q: I didn’t receive my download. What do I do?
Check your spam or promo folder first. If it's still not there within 15 minutes, email us at support@jodbproductions.com and we’ll resend it.
📅 Policies & Sessions
Q: What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. We respect your time and ask that you do the same.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
For certain services or bundles, yes. Reach out through the contact form and let’s see what works for your budget and goals.
